Can I Place My Order Online?

Absolutely. Our website is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This means that you can make a purchase on our website whenever you need.

Can I Place My Order Over The Telephone?

Yes. Our lines are open from 09:00 until 17:00, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays and Christmas). A member of our Customer Care Team will be happy to help you select the right care alarm and take your order.

Please note that orders over £50 must be placed online.

Which Credit Cards And Debit Cards Do You Accept?

We accept Visa Debit, Visa Credit, Visa Electron, Maestro and Mastercard on our website. We do not accept American Express or JCB Diner's Card.

Do You Accept American Express?

We do not accept American Express through our website. However, if paying using Paypal, there is an option to pay using your American Express card.

Do You Accept Paypal?

Yes, we accept Paypal as a method of payment. Simply click on the Paypal button to complete your purchase.

Do You Accept Credit Or Debit Cards Registered Overseas?

We do not accept credit or debit cards registered overseas on our website. However, you can complete your purchase through Paypal which will enable you to checkout using a card registered overseas.
