Who Is the Steel Wheelchair For?

The Days Steel Wheelchair is ideal for limit-mobility patients who want some independence when getting around. This chair is designed to be self-propelled, allowing the user to push themselves using the wheel rims. There are also handles on the chair to enable carers to manoeuvre the user as and when needed.

Which Wheelchair Variant Is Right For You?

With the Days Self-Propelled Wheelchair, there are a few options available. You are able to choose between two different seat widths, and also choose either a fixed or folding back-rest option.

Seat Widths

There is an option of either a 41cm or 46cm seat width. The larger the width, the more space there is for the patient to sit. We would recommend basing the decision of which seat-width to choose based on how much room you will need to fit your lower body into the chair.

Back Rests

There are two back rest styles available, including folding and non-folding. The non-folding variant has a static wheelchair back. The folding variant allows you to bend the back of the chair when not in use for easier storage.

There are a range of accessories available which can enhance user comfort while sitting in the Days Self-Propelled Wheelchair. This includes:
